To provide an efficient telemarketing service, delivering target driven business objectives on time.
To proactively follow up all pre start customers to identify:
Date started trading
Promote Start up service
Core data collection
To generate leads, book appointments for and make referrals to Advisors and other services appropriate to customer needs
Managing customers’ expectations by providing excellent customer care
Identify customer needs through profiling, segmenting and diagnosis.
Ensure that all customer interactions are dealt with efficiently, promptly and within agreed timescales
Ensure that all customer data, customer contact and any related activities are swiftly and accurately recorded within timescales
Work closely with other members of the team and provide cover for Customer Services Team as necessary
Knowledge
Has worked in telephone intensive environment and has experience of telephone handling procedures and best practice for successful outbound calling
Knowledge of company processes and targets
Use of appraisal process for self development
Knowledge of sme market or comprehensive business knowledge
Skills
Able to use telemarketing skills and dealing with customers over the phone effectively
Self motivator and able to work independently
Able to meet constant and challenging deadlines
Able to work as part of team and able to contribute to team and corporate targets
Able to deliver the highest levels of Customer Service
Communicates effectively
Good organisation skills, defining, planning and executing
Able to handle customer complaints sensitively and professionally
Have confident use of database skills and Microsoft office applications.
