TCL/LJ 221433: Our client seeks an administrative assistant for an assignment within the children's department of its social services division.
We are acting for a Surrey based local authority
The post will be located in Woking, GU22 and will be for 36 hpw, Mon-Fri, normal business hours.
This is anticipated to be, initially at least, a 2 month assignment.
Essence of role:
You will be engaged in general office administration and support duties involving a variety of tasks using Word, Excel and Outlook.
You are also likely to be getting involved with telephone answering, copying, scanning, filing and elements of data entry/systems updating.
Candidate requirements (*indicates must be CLEARLY EVIDENT FROM YOUR CV, not just your covering letter, to avoid auto-rejection by client):
*UK office administration experience within a large organisation
UK local authority or other public sector experience advantageous, but not a prerequisite
Any children's services related experience a bonus and could usefully be stated on your CV
