The role:
Handle all customers customers in a prompt, courteous and effi cient manner.
• Manage parts availability
• Book in customer machines for service and hire out company machines, ensuring timescales are convenient for the customer
and the company and are in line with workshop capacity.
• Inform customers on the progress of jobs
• Collect any money/signed authority due prior to the release of a vehicle
• Handle customer complaints to ensure a speedy conclusion.
• Maintain records of all service customers to enable customer follow-ups to be carried out.
• Understand and communicate technical information effectively
• Complete order instructions and associated administration accurately and on time.
• Present a professional image at all times.
• Carry out all work practices in line with the Company Health and Safety Policy. Maintain high standard of cleanliness and
house keeping.
• Contribute to overall success of our company through teamwork and good communication within the Company

TYhie role is paying between 22-25k plus p[parking, 25 days holiday, pension, health care.
