Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to work in their Export Sales Department.

This is a very varied role which will require a lot of liaison with various departments and subsideries for the sales order activity. The successful candidate will be responsible for the export documentation for orders, liaison with warehouse, calculating shipment weights and dimensions for shipment purposes/quotations, checking freight invoices for payment approval, order entry of all export sales, general support of sales staff.

The requirements for the successful candidate are experience in Export process/documentation, previous admin experience, and excellent communication and organisational skills. Fluency in French is also required.
