Our client, a specialist skin care clinic, is looking for a part-time Receptionist. You will be responsible for meeting clients & booking appointments. Needless to say first class interpersonal skills are of paramount importance to this role, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure. Hours of work will be Mon 9.30 - 6.00, Wed & Thu 5.30 - 9.00 & 2 Sundays per month 9.30 - 4.30. The likelyhood is after 3 months this role will go to 3 days per week.
