Working for a leading firm of Solicitors you will be required to provide Clients with High Quality Claims Handling Service in accordance with their own Protocol Standards including Representation at Court & Investigation of Claims as necessary.

Principal Accountabilities

Fee-Earning

Handling Files for Clients with a Knowledge of Aspects of Law in the Appropriate Area.
Drafting Documentation as Appropriate.
Researching Points of Law & Assisting Fee Earners.
Appearing in Courts as required.
Negotiating & Settling Claims.
Investigating Claims.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

Membership of the Institute of Legal Executives is desirable but Part or Non-Qualified Candidates welcome.
Good Understanding of Law & Practice is Essential.
Strong Telephone Communication Skills & Ability to Negotiate.
Experience in similar work, preferably in a Solicitor's Office or an Insurance Company handling & settling claims
