A Freelance Cost Engineers urgently needed to work on an Oil refinery project based in Hampshire. Needed to assist Project Engineers on site in the cost control and performance of projects across the UK and Ireland

Duties to include
"Assisting with projectdevelopment and scoping including, cost benchmarking, maintaining records in the project tracking system

"Project cost administration and management including, raising of project definitions in the SAP system, recording of all project commitments and costs, checking invoices, timesheets, etc, then entering this information in to the SAP system

"Asset management including timely transfer of project cost assets and project close out

"Assisting with project performance appraisals.

"Assisting with financial audits


Skills Required
"Experience in the Oil pipeline industry
"Driving license essential
"High level of commitment to safety
"IT skills - word, excel, Power Point,and Lotus notes
"Ability to work with minimum supervision
"Communication skills - written and verbal
"Coordination skills - ability to work across departments, countries etc
"Analytical ability to and decision making skills
"Ability to work within small teams
