A dynamic and growing IT Recruitment consultancy based in Slough is looking for Resourcer / Researcher to support a successful sales team.
IT Recruitment is one of the most fast paced, interesting and satisfying environments to build and develop a career. No two days will ever be the same.
You will be PC literate with some admin or outbound call centre work behind you. You will be self motivated with lots of initiative and a desire to learn and develop your skills.
We are looking for someone who is hard working, organised and articulate and with a good telephone manner.
The role is principally one of communicating with our existing and prospective candidates, introducing the company to new people and conducting initial telephone interviews.
The consultants will seek your advice and enlist your help when producing a shortlist of candidates for their active roles so you will have a close involvement with the decision process.
You will be paid a good basic salary and there will also be a bonus potential to bring your earnings to £20k in your first year. Longer term and with progress in the company there is potential for someone to earn a salary up to six figures.
