Job profile:
Working very closely with the Reservations Manager, some of the duties include:- To take & input reservations, onto the system, be responsible for accuracy of all administration of bookings & carry out checks on a daily & weekly basis; update, check & manage rates & bookings for on line reservations, liaise with all departments, provide an efficient & professional service at all times, deal with guest enquiries by email and telephone, producing written confirmation.
