Job profile:
Assisting commercial team to oversee company's suppliers for one of the business's major delivery projects.
Responsibilities
· Process cost requests for Change Control with Strategic Supplies.
· Liaising with the team to ensure responses are managed through to Department of Health.
· Processing, negotiating and drafting of more significant contract changes.
· Receive invoices, record and process approvals for payment.
· Maintain a detailed Supplier Contract Schedule
· Produce a monthly report to Finance detailing the month's financial transactions and any other ad hoc reports as required.
· Proactively review Contract milestone dates with internal business departments and review with Suppliers to provide accurate forecasts.
Person profile:
General commercial / contractual and financial / accounting understanding. High degree of organisation and time management skills. Clear and concise communicator, with attention to detail and accuracy. Able to cope with high pressure and work within short timescales
Skills profile:
General high standard of computer literacy. Proficient in the use of Word and Excel.
