The successful candidate will have previous Management Facilities experience working in a large organistion, strong excel skills and have knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.

You will be responsible for all aspects of Facility Management, such as general maintenance of the property, contract renewals , staff supervision and dealing with external contractors. Other responsibilties involve management of all Office Services including the mail operation,reception, procurement, company car and mobile requirements.
