Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor – Leading Consultancy

My client requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspect of the construction project portfolio. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor will ideally be a chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor.

Location: Reading, Berkshire

Remuneration:
Up to £50,000 depending on Project Quantity Surveyor experience
Package negotiable on Project Quantity Surveyor experience

The Company:
My client is at the forefront of the transport, property and industry sectors, and they are regarded as a leading project and cost consultant. The company has a network of multi-national offices, with clients at every stage of a project from inception through design and construction to completion.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
Working closely with and reporting to the line manager, the candidate will be responsible for all aspects of cost management for a number of different construction projects in both the public and private sectors. These projects will range from £1m bank monitoring surveying, to £20m+ high profile city centre developments.

Requirements:
BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Chartered status beneficial
Sufficient experience at Project Quantity Surveyor level
