Opportunities in Reading for experienced/senior Architectural Technicians. This is a highly successful, organically grown, multi disciplinary practice with a strong presence in both the public and private sector projects. The successful Technician will provide an Architectural Design and Technical Service through involvement in all RIBA stages of the projects. Ideally you will be a chartered member of CIAT and you must have an excellent working knowledge of the construction process and the UK building regulations, CDM regs, DDA planning guidance, commercial property, and application submission and planning preparation of Design and Access Statements. Good leadership and man management skills are also needed to be successful in this role. You will be joining an established practice who takes a personal approach to the projects they work on and enjoy the benefits from winning repeat business from regularly satisfied clients.
