General Manager required to manage a multi-activity contract - catering, cleaning and retail services at a Local Naval Establishment in Portsmouth.

Your main responsibilities will include:-
- managing all aspects of the contract;
- efficiently overseeing - strategic planning, sales and marketing;
- budgeting, forecast and accounts;
- instilling continuous improvement to the contract.

Your qualifications and skills as a General Manager will include:-
- proven track record in the hospitality industry with at least 5 years experience;
- managing a multi-activity site;
- previous marketing experience;
- be able to exercise financial budgeting control, forecasting leadership and management control;
- an inspirational leader and motivator with high standards;
- communication and interpersonal skills;
- be able to demonstrate sound problem solving abilities and judgment.
