TEAM LEADER IN SALES
Are you from a SALES or TELESALES background.
Have you orgainised and run an internal sales team.
Our client is looking for a MOTIVATED TEAM LEADER to take charge of a raw but talented team of telesales operatives.

Responsible for ensuring appropriate product and industry knowledge is provided to and reinforced within their team.

Able to manage your own time and that of the team effectively to optimise efficiency of the telesales unit.

Must be able to work to deadlines and display organisational skills in the work place.

Helps to identify training and development needs for staff and ensures appropriate development opportunities are provided.

Able to monitor calls and effectively

Manager targets.

Must be able to effectively manage conflict, poor performance or other team issues confidently and without impacting upon daily motivation and enthusiasm within the team.
