An excellent opportunity has arisen to train and motivate the new inhouse sales team you should be self motivated and enthusiastic about achieving targets and working towards department goals. Someone who will consistently set an example in terms of attitude and outlook to sales performance.
You will need to monitors sales performance across each team and coaches staff as appropriate to ensure work undertaken by the department optimises the ‘customer experience’.
To be responsible for ensuring accurate product and industry knowledge is reinforced within the telesales environment.
To be able to identify any training or behavioural issues and escalate to line managers as appropriate. you will be responsible for consistently delivering a sales focus to the telesales unit through a variety of methods.
Able to enthuse sales staff about the benefits of adopting sales processes/ techniques.
Must be able to effectively manage conflict, poor performance or other attitudinal issues confidently and assertively while still maintaining long term working relationships with sales advisors.
