An international company who provide solutions for Sales Marketing Transportation and Logistics in a very specialised market place. Due to an internal move, and the rapid success and growth of the business are seeking to recruit a sales administrator to assist the sales administration manager. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role will be a self starter, who thrives on variety.

The Role:
• Processing and maintenance of the order management and sales administration entering orders onto the system and submitting order confirmation to suppliers and customers
• Creating pro forma and commercial sales invoices
• Advising customers of shipping arrivals
• Assisting the sales team with their travel arrangements
• PowerPoint presentations to clients
• Will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft office suite excel spreadsheets, access database, and adobe would be advantageous
