An international company who provide solutions for Sales Marketing Transportation and Logistics in a very specialised market place. Due to the continued success and growth of business, are seeking to recruit an administrative assistant to commence on a temporary basis with the possibility of a permanent opportunity in the very near future. The ideal candidate will be available for an immediate start and have excellent administrative experience to date.
“Lots of Variety”
The Role:
• First point of contact for incoming telephone calls, arrange post, couriers and special deliveries
• Assist with all aspects of administration for the presentations and letters etc
• Updating internal system for booking information.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office and excel spreadsheets.
• A good team player who enjoys variety and a busy day.
Benefits:
