Interim Learning & Development Advisor Marlow - £30,000 - FTC
We are currently working with an international logistics firm based in Marlow, requiring an experienced Learning & Development Advisor to cover maternity leave and continue to install confidence in the workforce that the HR team are credible in delivering L&D solutions.
The Role:
Managing the Investor in our people application for September 2008.
Rolling out Performance Management training to managers
Mentor undergraduate placement students and ensure they are supported
Manage the e-learning
Liaise with external training suppliers to ensure they are utilised effectively
The Person:
CIPD qualified
Experience of L&D in large blue chips and different levels of staff training
Knowledgeable in a range of training methods
Good inter-personal skills
Able to stand ones ground and build swift rapport
You should be happy travelling to multiple sites within the organisation and be good at identifying training needs and evaluating current training methods. A key target for this year is another Investors in People mark and experience in this would prove extremely attractive.
