Our Client:
Our client is a leading IT/Financial organization based in Godalming, they deal with business to business providing the end to end solution in all aspects of IT. Due to continued growth they are now looking to recruit a part time administrator, this role will also include some bookkeeping.
The Role:
Responsible for dealing with incoming calls, filtering the calls to the relevant consults, dealing with customer and client queries, organizing meetings, dealing with travel arrangements and understanding the companies business in order to advise potential clients of the relevant information and pass the queries to the relevant sales consultant.
You will be required to support the Senior Office Manager, with the day to day running of the office, dealing with photocopying, typing documentation, letters and emails. Supporting the sales team within a secretarial fashion. There will also be a element of bookkeeping within the roles so accounts experience is an advantage, and the use of Sage.
You:
You will be adaptable and a team player who enjoys a varied role. A people person who demonstrates excellent communication skills and enjoys learning new tasks as this role is ever changing. This company is constantly investing in their staff with payment rewards as well as training to develop their personal skills. Full training will be given for this role. Personality is key for this role, so demonstrating a bubbly friendly attitude is an advantage. Excellent PS skills, with Word and Excel is essential, Sage experience is also an advantage.
