Job profile: This is a unique opportunity to join this national company based in Henley on Thames.

The main purpose of this role is to support the businesses by providing management/market information to analyse sales performance and support the strategic objectives.

Duties include

Run regular sales and marketing figures for reports (to include web statistics and analysis of individual products) for the businesses



Analyse performance of Account Management team and provide such information to the senior management team



Extract marketing mailing lists from CAS/CRM to include training data



Extract internal sales telephone lists e.g web regs, lapsed customers etc



Run ad hoc sales and marketing analysis to inform campaign activity



Run annual customer snapshots for businesses in conjunction with the Marketing Managers



Run data index statistics for ad hoc marketing & PR campaigns and for the annual data index report



Be responsible for maintaining the currency of data in the e-mail marketing databases



Be responsible for processing and uploading new product lists

Person profile: The successful candidate will be proactive & innovative with commercial awareness and an understanding of the sales process.
