PA/Office Administator - Haslemere - Surrey

Client
Our client is one of the leading consultancies with the HR outsourcing industry. With exclusive offices based in Haslemere, they are now looking to recruit a PA/Office Administrator.
Role:
You will be required to run a busy office, ordering stationary, booking meetings, managing the reception, organising other members of staff. This company is a small independent organisation, so a team player will be essential. Our clients business has been running for a few years and due to the demand of the business they are growing at a very fast pace, so ideally you will be a dedicated individual and keen to be a part of the company’s early growth paten.
You will be supporting the Managing Director, organising travel, typing correspondence, dealing with all travel arrangements, flights, transportation, answering the phones, taking messages. You will also be required to meet and greet clients manage the office, type all documents for staff, dealing with the holiday and sickness reports. You will also be dealing with queries from clients, organising incoming and outgoing post, facilities management. Ideally have audio skills, but good copy typing skills are essential.
You
The ideal candidate will have a very high attention to details, excellent time management, be a very organised, proactive and professional individual, with strong admin skills and general common sense with a hands on attitude, always willing to help others. Proven experience within a similar office admin/PA role is desirable.
