Client:
Our client are a HR outsourcing organisation, working for businesses all over the world, they deal with all aspect of HR for there clients, form interviewing on site, to disciplinary, sickness, training, recruiting. All general aspects of an HR function. Due to continuous growth they are now looking to recruit an Employee Benefit Consultant.
Role:
To gain a full understanding of a clients employee benefit needs to be able to recommend the most appropriate service at design and strategy phase
To act as the main point of contact between client and Company during the project implementation phase
To oversee the implementation of client requirements, be it fixed or flexible benefits
To present to clients and employees as required
Liaison with third party Providers during design and implementation phase and on completion
When liaising with Alliance Partners/Third Party Providers, to endeavour to obtain the best possible deal in terms of cost and meeting the Clients requirements
To keep up to date with all relevant legislative changes and industry standards and implement where necessary
To continuously look at ways to extend our clients offering
Active promotion of the services of our client through agreed channels with a view to securing new business and extending services offered to existing businesses
To suggest and explore new methods of business development
To regularly attend appropriate networking meetings and events
Read and review relevant industry publications
Provision of initial and where agreed, ongoing administrative support
To provide regular feedback, both verbal and written, to both client and Management
Operate with impartiality and confidentiality at all times
Operate in a professional manner whilst maintaining a good relationship with client and colleagues
Observe safe working practices and reporting procedures
