Our Client:
Our client is a leading Engineering organsiation, dealing with large corporate client nationally and internationally. Due to continued continuous growth and development our client is now recruiting for a Sale Co-ordinator
The Role:
To provide a high level of customer satisfaction by dealing accurately and efficiently with all customer enquiries, answering customer calls, processing all Incoming orders accurately making sure all details, quantities and allocations are issued to the correct account, ensure all records are kept updated and are completed punctually and accurately, working closely with logistics in-house to meet customer expectations, investigate and action calls relating to delivery issues; e.g. Incorrect goods delivered and delivery enquiries, QC issues, complaint logging where appropriate. Adherence to contractual liabilities as negotiated with customers to be met. Ensure compliance with documented general procedures for all Internal Sales processes
To proactively manage a customer portfolio by providing a high level of Customer satisfaction. Dealing accurately and efficiently with all customers
To proactively manage customer backlog/open orders to ensure zero past due to delivery target are met and continuously focus and drive deliveries not meeting customers’ requirement and company’s set targets.
To monitor and manage all orders with special focus on Consignment stock, Scheduled/Call off orders that pertain to terms & conditions.
Working very closely with the Field Sales whilst being the interface between Customers and supporting the Sales Force with any queries they may have to drive issues and win new business.
You:
Ideally you will have a proven background in a sales admin position. This role will be demanding and would best suit someone looking to get into the heart of a very challenging but rewarding role. A professional, hardworking motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills and communication skills are essential , with a ‘hands on attitudes’ and someone who thrives working with people in a team but can work on there own initiative.
