Our client is an award winning PR agency based in Guildford, Surrey. They are currently seeking an experienced account manager to join their team at senior level.

Main Job Purpose
Support the Senior Consultant to deliver against current client objectives and securing new business. The jobholder is required to manage day to day operations for each client account. Build and maintain successful relations with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded, encouraging organic growth.

Design and implement successful PR programmes in line with clients own business strategy to time scale and budget. Formulate and manage required budgets.

Have an in-depth knowledge of the retail sector spanning both consumer and trade. Proactively enhance their own knowledge of relevant media and the ongoing objectives of the clients.

Encourage, motivate and develop team members to deliver beyond expectations.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working as a PR Account Manager and will be happy to work to tight deadlines, be flexible and use own initiative as well as being able to lead a team and multi task.
