Our client is a successful company based in Godalming. They are currently seeking an experienced events administrator/Coordinator to join their team.
They are looking for a self-motivated; outgoing individual to manage key accounts and develop a portfolio of events and research projects within one of our communities.
Core responsibilities include:
□ Database management – identifying product and service providers servicing various communities and developing contact with these companies on an ongoing basis.
□ CRM - building and maintaining relationships with CEOs, Managing Directors and Sales Directors from leading financial providers looking to distribute their products or services through distribution channels (as listed above) to the end consumer.
□ Communication - Developing communication strategies and producing marketing materials to engage your contacts throughout the year.
□ Research – sourcing new contacts; building an understanding of clients’ needs and industry issues; writing conference programmes.
□ Revenue generation – selling new and established events and research projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join and friendly and professional team.
The ideal candidate will not be looking for a logisitcs events role but be happy to adapt to a business development, client management environment.
