Marketing Executive - Godalming - Surrey

Established in November 1987, our client has vastly become one of the market leaders within their ever growing industry. Due to an increasing demand for their expertise and experience as Commissioning Specialists in the building services industry our client is now looking to recruit a Marketing Executive
Role:
This role will involve all aspects of marketing from planning, advertising, promotion, public and media relations, product development distribution and research. The role is challenging, varied and very exciting.
The key elements of this role will involve:
• Creating Brand Awareness of our client’s business
• Developing advertising opportunities and building relationships with your media sources
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers – this can involve writing, proofreading and liaising with designer/printers
• Arranging effective distribution of marketing materials
• Maintaining and building the company database
• Organising and attending conferences, exhibition and seminar’s if required
• Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness
• Developing and delivering long term marketing plans and strategies, quarterly and annually in a strategic fashion
• Bringing fresh ideas to the business, with the ability to grow the business from a marketing prospective
• Managing and growing the companies website to maximise its usage and monitoring its success through various search engines, as well as maintaining and maximising the performance
• Writing and preparing quality and annual news letter
• Managing the in house ‘Intranet’
• Writing and distributing press releases
• Managing budgets set
• Evaluating marketing campaigns
• Be a team player
Our client places particular emphasis on the need for teamwork, including the close involvement of their client in formulating the successful commissioning of a project. The Group is proud of the excellent long-term working relationships it has established with many of their Clients.
You:
The ideal candidate with have vastly knowledge of the marketing process; have proven experience within a similar role. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, thrives in a challenging environment, with the ability to deliver fresh ideas. A professional lively attitude and the determination to succeed and grow along with a proactive professional hard working attitude is a must. Full training and support will be given to make you a success within this role.
