Our Client, founded in 1991, offer business advice, support and outsourcing services to individuals and organisations operating both in the UK and internationally. They provide a comprehensive business advisory service - specialising in the fields of People, Finance, Tax and Technology.

Working closely with their accounts and payroll teams this is a varied and interesting role for a mixed tax specialist. As part of the tax team reporting to the Tax Director, you can expect to be involved with many aspects of different clients’ tax affairs.
Corporate Clients: UK corporation tax compliance, including computations and tax returns; stock option reporting; preparation and completion of P11Ds and year end returns; P11D dispensations; tax and NI calculations for employees’ stock option gains; expatriate tax issues.
Private clients: Personal Tax Compliance - preparation of UK personal tax returns and computations on behalf of clients as well as preparation of accounts from basic records for self employed clients and sole traders
Technical Skills & Knowledge
• Ability to undertake all UK personal tax compliance (inc. UK trusts) - Tax Returns and computations
• Ability to undertake basic UK corporation tax compliance, Tax Returns and computations.
• Ability to undertake UK employment compliance requirements. Knowledge of expatriate tax issues would also be an advantage.

Qualifications
• Min ATT, but CTA preferred

Outline Terms of Employment
• 37.5 Hours/week
• 24 days holiday/year
• Salary - market rate
