Mortgage Administrator - Fleet - Hampshire

Our client is a leader in its field and has grown from strength to strength over the last 15 years.
Based in the heart of Fleet in superb offices with excellent facilities and offering good training, a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
They are looking to recruit experienced Mortgage Administrators the main duties are:
Deal with all aspects of administration procedures relating to the closure of existing loans, including handling borrowers’ and solicitors’ queries both by telephone and in writing.
Handling figures with consistent accuracy, while working within tight time scales to complete the closures processes.
Principal Responsibilities
1. Provide a prompt and comprehensive telephone response to all customer queries in accordance with procedures and guidelines.
2. Provide a prompt reply to all written customer correspondence in accordance with procedures and guidelines.
3. Identify a possible complaint case and act promptly to satisfy customer grievance.
4. Liaise with the other departments within the Company to ensure optimum service for the borrower and to minimise risk for the Company.
5. Check daily, weekly and monthly reports to identify errors and possible problems.
6. Able to work successfully within a busy team, whilst interacting with colleagues with a view to providing excellent customer service
7. Undertake any other duties as determined by the Supervisor.
