At In touch, we assist vulnerable, elderly or disabled people to remain living independently by adapting their homes to meet their specific needs. We carry out repairs or adaptations to homes to promote increased independence, security, quality of life, safety, comfort and warmth.

We are looking for a Trainee Building Surveyor. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in the use of Auto Cad, an interest in construction, be a good communicator, be able to work independently and be part of a friendly hard working team.
There will be training and mentoring by a skilled Surveyor and an excellent employment package.

Duties will involve joint working with Occupational Therapists and Local Authority Housing Officers to create drawings and specifications for adaptations and repairs funded by government grants.
