Our client a leading Maintenance company based in Farnborough they are set in fantastic newly re-furnished offices, due to extensive growth they are now looking to recruit a Help Desk Executive
Role:
To ensure that all building maintenance tasks and requests received from clients at locations throughout the UK are accurately recorded, actioned and tracked using DSA’s electronic helpdesk system. To maintain contact with customers, employees and suppliers at all levels.
Skills Profile
Good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word, along with good typing skills. Experience/ability to work as part of a team
Good written and verbal communication skills. Flexible outlook and approach to tasks
Clear understanding of customer care Flexibility in working hours when required
Able to work to timescales and under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy A sense of humour
A pro-active and assertive approach to ensure that deadlines are met and quality of service is maintained.

You:
The ideal candidate will be self motivate, proactive, a professional hard working individual. The company is a ‘very high end’ organization so look for candidates who are very keen to work within a highly motivated team environment, you should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels. A willingness to learn and lead a team is an advantage.
Benefits:
08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch, spacious air conditioned offices, salary: £16,000 - £17,000 per annul, holiday 25 days leave (4 of which are to be reserved for the Christmas period), pension and free parking
