Property Claims Handler - Farnborough - Hampshire

Salary: up to £18k dependent on experience
Zurich currently has exciting full-time opportunities for Property Claims Handlers to join their Commercial Property Claims team based in Farnborough. The team assess new commercial property claims and take responsibility for the full lifecycle of reviewing, resolving and finalising customers’ claims.
With a strong customer focus you will have previous experience in a customer service environment. The work is fast moving and diverse so you will need the ability to multitask when juggling a variety of different claims. You will be dealing with customers, insurance brokers, solicitors, loss adjustors and suppliers so you will need to be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail to enable you to review claims and pick up on the relevant information required. Do you have what it takes?
In return we are offering a competitive base salary dependent on experience, performance related bonus plus competitive pension and excellent flexible benefits. You will receive structured induction training and ongoing support through Zurich’s Claims Academy as well as the opportunity to work towards a recognised professional insurance qualification and excellent opportunities for career progression.
