Our client is now becoming the market leader in the supply of software to all practicing veterinary orgaisations throughout the UK. Due to continuous growth our client are now recruiting for an Office Junior

The Role:
You will be responsible for dealing with typing documents, emails, letters and memos, photocopying, filling and distributing post. You will also be responsible for organising travel, ordering stationary for the office and booking the engineer to sites, answering the phone, taking messages and all other general office admin duties.

You:
You will be a well organised individual, proactive, professional, hard working and looking for an interesting role within a friendly fast growing company. Full training will be given in this role, some general office work experience would be desirable but not essential. Communication skills are a must in the role as you will be dealing with people at all levels.
