Our client a leading Property/Maintenance company based in Farnborough are set in fantastic newly furnished offices and offer excellent facilities including free parking, pension, health care, 25 Day's holiday, modern resturant.
To provide full support to the Customer Service Manager with all maintenance and related issues on a daily basis, working within a dynamic property investment company.

Good listening skills
Experience of Excel / Outlook /Word
Data Entry
Ability to multi task, prioritise and co-ordinate tasks

Numerate. Maths GCSE (min C grade)
English GCSE (min C grade)
Job Summary
This is an opportunity for a good team player of smart appearance, who is customer focused and adaptable, to join an energetic and busy team who look after all the maintenance issues for all properties around the country. You will be encouraged and supported to develop the confidence and ability to work unsupervised, under the guidance of the team member directing the activity. Answerable to Customer Service Manager then Head of Lettings.
This is a very customer focused position. You will be dealing on a daily basis with tenants, contractors in various locations around the country. You need to have a calm and positive attitude with the backing of a good sense of humour. Being of a practical nature would also be useful.
Working Conditions
Working hours: 09:30 - 17:30
Place of work: Farnborough Business Park,
Spacious air conditioned office
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Annual Leave: 25 days leave (4 of which are to be reserved for the Christmas period)
Details of Job Description
To do:
Keeping accurate records of all conversations, telephone or otherwise
Forward information to all relevant parties, quickly and accurately
Keep the Maintenance spreadsheet and database updated on a daily basis
Ability to ask probing and pertinent questions to ascertain the facts
Ability to liaise with tenants, builders, suppliers at all levels
Be prepared to attend site, sometimes necessitate overnight stay. Either using own transport or public. Need for own reliable vehicle
Confidence in liaising with all staff and departments
Update the contacts list for all sites
Ensure site information is acquired and stored for copying later
Setting up of forms and letters
Data entry
Filing
Covering reception as and when required
General office duties
