Customer Services Chichester
Own transport essential due to location.Yapton
Friendly small company requires assistance in sales office.
Hours of work: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
One hours lunch break on a rota system
Holidays: Four weeks (20 days) per year plus Bank Holidays
The company closes over the Christmas period at the discretion of the Management. This is not deducted from the annual allowance.
Responsible to: Sales Office Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities
To answer incoming calls from our customers promptly.
To always treat customers in a professional and courteous manner.
To process sales orders and generate sales & despatch documentation.
To arrange returns of goods from customers and liaise with our appointed carriers.
To resolve any customer disputes that may arise under the guidance of the Sales Office Supervisor.
To source proofs of delivery for customers as required.
To attend to the administrative duties of the office and ad hoc filing.
To assist other members in the department in their duties as required.
Any other duties as may be reasonably required by the Sales Office Supervisor or General Manager.
