A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a professional, forward thinking and innovative company. Based on the outskirts of Chichester, our client is looking for a Customer Advisor to join their growing team. The salary will be in the region of £15,000 - £17,000, with 22 days holiday, promotional opportunities, reward culture, childcare vouchers, free parking and other bonuses.
As an advisor you are the first and most important point of contact for customers of our client. Maintaining and enhancing the brand, through providing high quality personal assistance.
Responsibilities:
• To be the first point of contact for customers and help them make informed decisions
• Maximising your customers’ experience of the client, from their initial enquiry to the post procedure follow-up
• Responsible for your client throughout their experience with the client
• Handle a wide variety of enquiries for a wide variety of specialities, providing customers with the information they need to make informed decisions
What We Are Looking For:
The Ideal Candidate:
• Excellent customer service skills essential
• Ability to learn new applications and processes
• Excellent listening skills
• Administration experience
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• High level of confidence using the telephone
• Experience of working to targets
• Excited by exceeding the customer’s expectations every time
• You have a positive outlook and relish a change-oriented environment.
