Providing an excellent service to clients through the assessment, investigation, processing and management of claims arising from Travel, PA policies, in accordance with policy cover, service standards and underwriters requirements.
Investigate and process and settle claims allocated to you in accordance with the policy cover.
Authorise payments in accordance with authority levels and to refer payments over authority limits to an appropriate individual in a timely manner ensuring that claims are processed and paid in accordance with Service Standards.
Successful candidates will have gained extensive knowledge in PA Claims Handling.
