Providing a claims service for the Group through the assessment, investigation, processing and management of claims in accordance with policy cover, service standards and underwriters requirements;

Having responsibility for up to eight staff on a team.

Duties:
Investigate and process claims allocated to you in accordance with the policy cover.
Ensure that claims are dealt with promptly and efficiently thereby meeting Underwriters expectations and Service Standards
Authorise payments in accordance with authority levels and to refer payments over authority limits to an appropriate individual in a timely manner ensuring that claims are processed and paid in accordance with Service Standards.

To identify and participate in the team's objectives, thereby contributing to the overall company business plan.
You will have 3 years + Travel Claims experience dealing with technical claims.

Previous supervisory skills essential.
