This role is a very varied role, working within a small friendly dynamic team. Candidate never leave this company they are always promoted within the company, hence the reason for this role.
Main Functions Office contact for the Commercial Directors clients. Some diary work involved, mainly logging of appointments rather than diary management. Proactive handling of messages and enquiries which can range from current leads, new leads, queries regarding current contracts or general enquiries.
Filling in pre-qualification forms from potential clients (pre-tender).
Filling in tender documents and handling logistics of document production and delivery
Producing quotations liaising with BDMs
Maintaining and updating sales pipeline on Excel
Weekly and monthly sales reports and activity
Logging of appointments (minimal)
Office contact for clients
Proactive handling of messages/queries
General administration support for the sales team
Control and updating of Quality Management System (ISO9002)
Control and updating of Environmental Management System (BS8555)
With regards to the Pre-quals; quotes; tenders these are all from templates that already exist. The task is data entry, printing, binding and posting documents. It does require accuracy and to check the data and results for mistakes.

Produce site packs and contract start up literature Produce where required all contract start up packs ensuring that they are produced and available for the contract start up
General administration support for the sales team. Assisting in the successful general day-to-day administration of the sales team
