To provide a comprehensive Business Travel Consultancy role to our clients. To assist in the achievement of short and long term budgeted financial objectives for the Business Travel Centre through operational excellence and customer care and the achievement of personal targets and objectives set by the Manager. The key areas of this role are:
Travel Consultancy
• To establish the client’s needs, make suggestions and provide assistance in making Travel reservations, whilst having regard for any Travel policy that may apply to the Customer. Providing the best possible prices, in accordance with relevant Travel policies, and to advise the customer of alternative choices. Using persuasive techniques, to suggest the products of preferred partners and suppliers.
Customer Care
• To provide the best possible customer care at all times, acting with courtesy, speed and efficiency to build positive customer relationships and retain business.
Operations
• To be aware of Company’s procedures, policies and standards and adhere to them at all times, including those relating to best practise.
• To maintain security of passwords and confidentiality of company information.
• To use standard booking systems within the location, and ensure all daily checks are carried out.
• To continually update yourself with product knowledge to ensure the best possible advice is given to our customers.
Colleagues
• To maintain a good working relationship with other team members and ensure a good working relationship within the business travel centre/implant and with other areas within the Company.
• To assist other team members whenever necessary
Administration
To follow administration procedures as agreed by Company Standards.
