Travel Administrator - Basingstoke - Hampshire

Our client a leader in the Travel Sector and a leading specialist and a well respected local Business are looking to recruit due to growth.
This role is a Admin Support role and the following tasks are below:
Open and distribute post on a daily basis.
b) Complete write-off calculation form for all write-off proposals. To manage other administrative tasks relating to the write-off process.
c) Arrange collection and delivery of off-site storage.
d) To record various activity onto excel spreadsheets.
e) To answer telephones when required and direct the caller appropriately.
f) To manage the ordering of stationery as and when required.
g) To ensure that all bills are paid on a monthly basis.
h) Filing as and when required
i) Completing entries on AMS computer system relating to asset disposals.
j) Obtaining repayment of commission from introductory sources relating to early defaulting cases.
k) Copying and transferring files to collection agency.
5. SUBSIDIARY DUTIES
a) To provide Ad-Hoc reports as and when requested by management.
b) Any other duties that may be required.
The following experience is required:
5 GCSE’s C and above inc. Maths or equivalent
