My client, an internationally recognised market leader in it's field is currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their recruitment ‘centre of excellence' in Southampton. You will be required to take control of the research and resourcing processes to improve quality and quantity of applicants.

Key responsibilities:

•Manage all resourcing processes - from initial brief to shortlisting candidates after preliminary screening, including management of assessment centres

•Manage recruitment database, produce and post adverts, use web-based tools to source CV's

•Continuously review and develop processes

•Support interview processes - taking notes etc.

•Provide advice and support on recruitment best practice

•Manage external recruitment agencies

With a strong background in recruitment, candidates must be up to date with the latest recruitment methods and current employment law. All candidates must be customer-focused and have excellent communication, multi-tasking and organisational skills.
