A Sales Manager for the Southern UK is required for a highly successful General Insurance business. As a Regional Sales Manager you will manage a team of Sales Managers. You will be responsible for motivating, incentivizing and driving them to hit achievable targets. This is an excellent opportunity to take an already successful team to the next level.
An excellent salary and package is available for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience leading Sales Teams of 3+ people
* Extensive General Insurance experience is ESSENTIAL
* A proven track record of achieving and over achieving both personal and team targets
* An outstanding relationship builder
* Strong relationship management experience with mortgage brokers.
