Job Description

Customer Service Representatives - Well known Company A well known company are looking for Call Centre Agents for their Portsmouth office. They are continuously looking for new Agents, there are exciting opportunities coming up in the near future. As a dedicated Call Centre Agent you will be the key point of contact for customers, providing an excellent level of customer service that exceeds expectations by demonstrating a genuine interest in their current needs. You will make commission by taking inbound calls, making outbound calls and cross-selling insurance products. There is an excellent commission structure available! Don\'t worry if you do not have experience, the company provide full product training and on-site mentoring. So if you\'re looking for a new challenge and have excellent communication skills please apply! You will deal with clients on a regular basis and as such need to be a highly credible individual with fantastic business communication skills to succeed in this role.
