Job Description
Contracts Manager - Defence - South Coast
I am currently looking for a Contracts Manager for a long-term contract role on the South Coast for potentially 18 months.
You will be responsible for managing all contract related issues and ensuring that all documentation is in order. This role will largely focus around managing the General Terms of Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Purchase Agreements, Service Centre Agreements and Distributor/Representative Agreements.
This role will also involve negotiation and risk management.
Essential skills:
Previous experience of working within a contracts/commercial management position
Strong negotiation and people skills
Aerospace experience
There is also the potential for this position to move into a permanent position in 12-18 months time if the chosen contractor is interested.
