Our Client, a charitable based organsiation seeking an Employee Engagement Officer to work within the welfare to work sector, sourcing employment and placement opportunites for clients seeking to return to the workplace,
Duties include
To arrange work trial opportunities to clients on caseload as required
To promote company services to local employers and to open strong ongoing business relationships with them
To co-ordinate and monitor the progress of clients through provision
To carry out all initial assessments for clients and to identify individual routes for clients
To produce an initial action plan to ‘signpost’ clients
To allocate clients and timetable attendance to specific training sessions or supported opportunities
To monitor the progress of clients via regular set reviews and action planning
To maintain a caseload of clients
To work closely with centre staff to monitor attendance and achievement of clients
To maintain a system of contact to offer ‘in work’ support for clients entering employment
To encourage employers to utilise Pre Employment Training Opportunities
To ensure that Service Level Agreements and H&S vetting are issued and maintained

If you have experience in recruitment or sales or from within a Job Centre Plus funded provider environment.
Proven success in meeting targets or proven sales and negotiation skills
